Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about our Luxury Florida Villa by the Lake

The villa is licenced to sleep 10 people but we book it out for a maximum of 8 people plus an infant (in a cot/crib).

We supply all bed linen plus two pillows per guest. We also provide ample washcloths, hand towels, bath towels and beach towels for our guests convenience.

There is a hair dryer in each bathroom plus a set of ceramic straighteners.

There are several UK to US 3-pin travel plug adaptors in the villa and as long as your device will operate on 110 volts then you can plug your UK device straight into the adaptor.

For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed inside the villa or the pool enclosure.

Guests may check-in any time after 4 p.m. and checkout is by 10 a.m. to allow our property management company sufficient time to clean and prepare the villa for the next group of guests. Please ask if you require different times as we may be able to accommodate you if it is not a “changeover” day. To guarantee an early checkin or late checkout time, you will need to book an extra night.

We use an electronic front door lock and each guest has their own unique entry code that is valid for the duration of their holiday. There is no need to drive to an office to pick up a key, you can go straight from the airport to our villa, no matter what time you arrive.
