Our villa sleeps a maximum of 8 plus an infant in a cot/crib.

All displayed prices include all Florida state and local Osceola county taxes, linen, towels and after stay clean (for bookings of one week or more) but exclude the refundable security deposit and optional extras like pool heat.
We can accept payments in either US Dollars or UK Pounds Sterling.
Minimum stay is 7 nights.
At certain times of the year, the minimum stay is 14 nights.

As nearly all our costs are in US Dollars, our prices are quoted in US Dollars and it is very easy to pay in any currency using a service like Wise (formerly known as TransferWise). For your convenience we also show the approximate UK Pound Sterling equivalents. If you wish to pay in Pound Sterling we will fix the Pound Sterling price based on the exchange rate at the time of booking.

All reservations require an initial deposit of $125 per week (minimum $250) at the time of booking. The balance plus a security deposit of $300 is required, 10 weeks before travel. The security deposit is normally refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.
Pool heat is recommended October/November through March. The pool heating charge is $175 per week and ideally should be booked and paid for in advance.
If you would like a BBQ grill, we can give you the names of several companies who will rent you one ($50-$60 per week). It is delivered with a full tank of propane gas and set up for you. It is then collected and cleaned at the end of the rental.
For the comfort of all of our guests, the villa is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PETS environment.
