Nice to chill at, in and around the pool after a hot day in the parks.

Close to shops and eateries.

Would recommend and use again.

Sitting by the pool at night, it has a good atmosphere.

I like the fridge, watching the ducks, turtles and gators.

This place was very homely and it’s a good location.

Chilling out by the pool and watching alligator eating his breakfast!! (poor possum).

We only done Universal Parks this time - all good - Epic brilliant!!

Visited most shops!! 192 brilliant for food/restaurants both ways!!

Fantastic view for storms!

Great location, 1/2 hour to Universal and most places.

We spent our mornings chilling by the pool making the most of the beautiful view. Evenings we had BBQs most nights.

The villa was so peaceful we didn’t do any parks as off to universal hotel so we shall be busy!

On the 2nd we saw Gordon the gator! My granddaughter was over the moon!

Steve was very friendly to deal with and great communication.

We have just spent 10 days at this amazing villa, and wish we could have stayed longer, great pool area, for sunbathing, or watching the beautiful sunsets.

The Villa has everything you could ever need on vacation, and the owners Steve and Wendy were tremendous with communications, we have stayed in a few villas over the years in Orlando and this is the only one we would return to.

Fantastic location! Easy to get to all the major locations. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

We experienced Hurricane Helene here and felt very safe. Wendy communicated with us and helped us prepare.

We are already looking at availability for 2026!

Thank you for loaning us your “home from home” for our lovely 3 week family holiday.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit - Space Kennedy had a rocket launch that we enjoyed watching (free of charge!) and we visited the diner you recommended for a hearty meal on way back.

What can I say? I am absolutely blown away with how beautiful your Florida home is.

The photos & YouTube video don’t do your home the justice of how beautiful it is when you walk thru the door after a long journey.

We sold our house here in 2017 and have rented since. I have yet to find a house that impressed me 100%. There was always something that I thought “oh I will tolerate that”. But your house has ticked every box for me and I will definitely be a repeat guest next time we visit.

6. Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms
7. Wooden floors (no skanky carpets) *
8. H.E. Washer (so many rentals have old crap washers)
9. Pool was warm on arrival
10. Egg cups (I know how difficult it is to find them here)
11. English Tea pot
12. Previous guest leftover basket in bathroom
13. Complimentary DW tablet & washing machine tablets.
14. Curtains on Windows (not just blinds)
15. Tiled pool deck/patio

• The master bedroom has a wooden laminate floor, the other bedrooms have carpets

Really enjoy the best equipped house “kitchen” we have rented in our years of vacationing.

Our grand children came for a week and our daughter and son in law came for a week. We had a wonderful vacation - already booked for some time next year!!!

We did a lot of relaxing and only west to Busch Gardens and took the train to Winter Park. We did this last year but this year we took the boat ride around the lake to see all the beautiful homes - amazing.

Our second visit (four years later) has been fantastic. We’ve again enjoyed the beautiful villa and pool.

Our daughters are a little older so this time we enjoyed Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Volcano Bay and Aquatica.

We also returned to kayak at Shingle Creek and saw turtles, osprey, eagles and enjoyed the tranquility. Swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove was a highlight.
