Wildlife near our Luxury Florida Villa by the Lake
On these pages you will find a collection of photographs taken around our luxury Florida villa and lake. A couple of photographs have been taken elsewhere as though we have seen them at Eagle Pointe, we have not yet managed to photograph them there!
The lake is a magnet for raptors like the majestic Bald Eagle and Osprey as well as many wading birds like storks, cranes, herons and egrets.
Also check out our Florida Villa by the Lake pages on Facebook where you will find some of our photo albums from around the local area and further afield.
The Shingle Creek Regional Park is just a few minutes drive away and most of it is free. Get to experience the real Florida as it was at the turn of the 20th century.
Another great way to see wildlife is to go on an airboat ride, visit a state park or regional park or head for the coast to one of the many beaches.
